Asset management advisory services have evolved a great deal over the last few years. Professionals in this field have seen their jobs become increasingly complex. Their role requires ever more technical expertise and specialised knowledge (e.g. legal, financial and tax-related expertise). By providing permanent legal and tax counselling, the advisory services can assist with all aspects of asset management issues (such as organisation, optimisation, transfer etc.).

You will be responsible for building your client base (increasing the number of clients and the volume of assets managed) and ensuring an increase in its profitability.

You will:
• Analyse the financial position of your high-end private clients by, for example, conducting an assessment of their net worth.
• Establish an investment strategy that is in line with the client’s knowledge and interest in the stock market, e.g. advisory portfolio management for clients who require precise advice on certain assets while retaining the final decision, or a management mandate for clients that do not have the time to manage their own portfolio or are not interested in the world of stocks and shares.
• Support your clients on a day-to-day basis in their investment projects either by assisting them in the day-to-day management of their accounts or with more complex investment projects (e.g. stock options, REITs and other mutual-fund investments, etc).
• Be responsible for client risk management.
• Seek to acquire new clients.

You will continuously keep up-to-date with financial, legal and tax-related developments in order to ensure you are familiar with latest changes in financial products and markets. You will maintain and increase your knowledge of real estate and other investments, personal taxation, life insurance, tax exempt products etc.

• Technical Skills: Solid background in the fields of economics, finance, law and taxation.
• Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, keen business sense, responsiveness, thorough and accurate approach.

• Develop recognised expertise in asset management consultancy for an informed and demanding clientele (in legal, tax-related and financial matters).
• Work in close collaboration with experts (tax advisors, asset management advisors).
