Market Operator

Trader: you negotiate and set up the quotation of financial products against other operators, which are coming on the market.

Sales: you maintain customer relations with a clientele who already has an account and dealings with BNP Paribas. You have to give informed advice about market-products and negotiate with clients.

For both of these positions, having completed an internship on the trading floor is extremely important. This is so that you can see how market activity really works in practice. We tend to look for those who possess a slightly technical and mathematical background.
