Internal Consultant

An internal consultant's job is to initiate studies into how to improve various systems and operating procedures within BNP Paribas. After a period of analysis and research, he submits suggestions and recommendations about how efficiency can be increased and services improved and how to optimise and utilise the full potential of the hi-tech systems, the Group has at its disposal. In a sense, it is Total Quality Management, ensuring that the quality of all of the bank's operations is as high as it can be.
