Corporate Finance Associate

The Corporate Finance Associate is involved in all of the different activities, which take place within Corporate Finance, from Mergers and Acquisition analysis and consultancy through to Capital Market Equity.

The job of the associate is both broad and specialised, drawing up marketing presentations, researching and then compiling all types of information, which may be of use on a particular project, analysing and evaluating different companies, negotiating with clients and, at all times, striving to maintain excellent client relations. You work directly with senior professionals and have the responsibility of setting up and organising the projects, which you are to conduct.
