Back Office

Playing an essential role in terms of Market Activity, a position within Back Office Management involves being integrated into a dynamic, energetic, high performance team. Your principal activities depend completely on the department within which you find yourself. However, you follow and maintain the accounts for various market operations as they fluctuate and change, principally with securities and derivatives. To this extent, you must fully understand and be able to grasp, analyse and evaluate market operations, to ensure that they are valid, outlining and suggesting various corrective procedures, if anomalies are reported. Thus, the job of the Back Office Expert is to check operations, to confirm that they function accordingly and to make sure that mistakes are not made.

Middle Office

Based on the trading floor, you make sure that a detailed analysis of trading results is produced, following and monitoring market risk.

For both of these positions one must speak fluent English, have a strong interest in Capital Financial Markets, and have a good understanding of Information Technology.
